Katherine 'Kay' Ann Turkaly, 99 and a half years old formerly of Montour, Cecil Twp., died June 29, 2023 in Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing.

She was born December 3, 1923 in Brady, WV, daughter of the late Frank and Joanna Lacava Secreet.

She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish, St. Mary Church, Hilltoppers, and the Cecil American Legion Auxilliary. She enjoyed being a nanny to her family, shopping, and going out to eat.

Surviving are son Steven Turkaly; granddaughter Olivia Turkaly, both of Washington. special nieces, Joanna Lochinger of Scottsdale, and Kathy Secreet of Cecil, and many other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Stephen Turkaly in 1964, six brothers, Joseph, Anthony, John, Samuel, Pattsy, and Frank Secreet, and a sister Frances Armstrong.

Friends will be received 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Sunday, July 02, 2023 at Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Road, where prayers of transfer will be said at 9:30AM on Monday, July 3, 2023, followed by Christian Funeral Mass held in St. Mary Church, Cecil at 10:00 AM.

Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
